ARIELLE DOMBASLE

Unforgettable muse

Arielle Dombasle, muse to the greatest directors and gay icon, is also, since receiving popular acclaim for her “Amor Amor” album, an internationally recognized singer. Chic and glamour incarnate, this independent and astounding woman, flies in the face of convention with graceful gusto.

Sparkling diamond in a jewel box

It was a matter of course that the Crazy Horse, priding itself to be a collector of beautiful jewels, women in all their magnificence, diversity and charm, would call upon sensual and beautiful Arielle Dombasle, a sparkling diamond, to perform on its legendary stage.

Either alone or accompanied by the famous Crazy Horse dancers, Arielle appeared in acts specially prepared and choreographed for her by Molly Molly, stylized by Vincent Darré and photographed by Ali Mahdavi.

Working together with the greatest directors

Shining temple of elegance and creation, Crazy Horse Paris, since its inception in 1951 by the avant-garde artist Alain Bernardin, welcomes exceptional women on its stage for select and exclusive performances. Franco-American actress, singer, director and screenwriter, Arielle Dombasle is a major figure in the French cultural landscape.

She first became known through her work with Eric Rohmer, acting in Perceval le Gallois and Pauline à la plage, and then appearing in more mainstream movies, such as Un Indien dans la ville and Astérix et Obélix contre César.

She’s also worked with illustrious moviemakers Roman Polanski (Tess), Philippe de Broca (Amazone), Alain Robbe-Grillet (La Belle Captive), Jean-Pierre Mocky (Crédit pour tous), Raoul Ruiz (Les Âmes fortes) and Werner Schroeter(Deux).
