Crazy Entertainment, société par actions simplifiée (simplified joint stock company) with a share capital of 239,250 euros, registered office at 12, avenue George V à Paris (75008) FRANCE, registered on the Paris register of companies under number 562 035 311 (hereafter “Le Crazy Horse”), runs the Crazy Horse Paris cabaret (hereafter the “Cabaret”) and the website www.lecrazyhorseparis.com (hereafter the “Website”).
1.1 These general terms and conditions (hereafter the “Terms”) govern the bookings for services at the Cabaret (hereafter “Booking(s)”) made by the client (hereafter the “Client”) via the Website or Crazy Horse Paris’ booking office (hereafter the “Booking Office”) at 12 avenue George V in Paris (75008) FRANCE.
1.2 Crazy Horse Paris reserves the right to change the Terms and prices (hereafter the “Prices”) at any time. In any event, the contractual relationship that binds Crazy Horse Paris to the Client is subject to the Terms and Prices in force on the day the booking is made.
1.3 These Terms apply to Bookings made by the Client, whether an adult private individual or a corporate body

2.1 Booking procedure

You can book up to ten (10) places maximum via the Website for the same performance of the show (hereafter the “Performance”). Bookings for larger groups are subject to specific terms defined in clause IV.

2.2 Booking particulars : services
Crazy Horse Paris provides a wide range of offers (hereafter the “Offers”) for the Cabaret show, on the time and at the time chosen by the Client.. These Offers may include drinks, a selection of appetizers and caviar.
Some Offers also include dinner before or after the Performance in one of the partner restaurants (hereafter the “Restaurant”), which are all situated nearby Crazy Horse Paris. Meals may take place before or after the Performance, depending on the choice confirmed when the Booking is made and based on the menu described on the Website. As a result, no changes can be made to the menu. However, please note that the partner restaurants can change the menus at any given time.
The Booking only includes the services mentioned in the selected Offer. If you do not consume the product(s) included in the Offer on the day of the Performance, no refund or credit note will be issued. However, you can order additional services besides those included in the Offer you have booked, the price for which will be added to your bill. Similarly, for any Offer that includes champagne, you may substitute the champagne ordered for a superior champagne, subject to availability and the relevant price adjustment.
The various services included in an Offer are indivisible. If you cancel one of the services, you will not be entitled to a postponement or partial refund.
Drinks are only served before the start of the Performance. They cannot be consumed outside the Cabaret under any circumstances. The Client cannot take away any unconsumed drink at the end of the Performance.
Le Crazy Horse may promote “special offers or deals” such as “last-minute” offers or “Valentine Day” specials, which may be subject to special terms listed on the Website.
2.3 Seating
All of the Offers, except the “Crazy Bar” and the “Under 26” Offers, entitle the Client to a seat, the location of which is determined by Crazy Horse Paris. As a result, we do not give any guarantee as to the location of seats within the theatre. Please note that the “Crazy Exclusive” Offer provides a specific area predefined within the venue; however, seating within this zone remains at the discretion of Crazy Horse Paris. As far as possible, Crazy Horse Paris will seat your group together, side by side.
2.4 Technical procedure for Bookings via the Website or the Box Office
(I) If you make your Booking online, you will be invited to choose:
Once the confirmation of online payment for the Booking has been received, the Client is considered to have accepted these Terms as well as all data entered in relation to the Client’s Booking (date, time, quantity, email address, telephone number, and full name).
(II) If you make your Booking via the Box Office, by telephone or in person, a booking agent will advise you when you are making your choice and will guide you up to the payment step. The Booking will then be binding and final as soon as we receive your payment. This payment means that you fully accept the Terms.
Whatever booking method you use, you will receive a confirmation of your Booking by email (hereafter the “Confirmation”) stating the availability of seats for the chosen Performance and in line with the selected Offer. Depending on the method of booking the customer will receive a ticket or an e–ticket.
If you have chosen an Offer that includes a Restaurant, you will receive an email within 24 hours with the Confirmation of the time of your visit and under which name the Booking is made. If the mealtime is before the Performance, we suggest that you go straight to the Restaurant and then come to Crazy Horse Paris to collect your Tickets 45 minutes before the Performance starts.
In case you show your ticket or e-ticket at the partner Restaurant, you must keep it in your possession.
2.5 Terms for issuing the ticket and e-ticket
Any person who makes a purchase over the Website shall receive an e-ticket (electronic ticket) by email 5 minutes after payment.
The electronic ticket is personal and non-transferable. ID may be required on entry to Crazy Horse Paris to identify the Client (the Client’s name appears on the electronic ticket).
Each e-ticket carries a barcode, a data item that is unique to the ticket, giving only one spectator entry to one Performance. You will be allowed entry to the Cabaret only on the first presentation of your e-ticket to the barcode reader. All subsequent presentations of the same e-ticket (regardless of the form) will be refused.
The Client is liable for the use made of the e-ticket.
If the Client chooses to print the e-ticket, the latter must be printed clearly. Any ticket that is partially printed, soiled, damaged, or illegible shall not be accepted and shall be considered not valid.
For bookings made by telephone, by email or in person, the Client can choose between receiving an e-ticket or printing out the ticket on the day of the Performance 45 minutes ahead of time, on presentation of the Confirmation and ID.
3.1 The Prices and Offers are in Euros, including tax, and vary according to the Offer, the date and the time of the Performance chosen by the Client. The Prices are available on the Website via the following link https://reservation.lecrazy.com/ and from the Booking Office; other formats, including leaflets, are available.
3.2 Crazy Horse Paris reserves the right to review the Prices, at any time and without prior notice, it being understood that it will charge the Client the Prices in force on the day the Booking was made.

3.4 Crazy Horse Paris reserves the right to ask for ID for any payment made with a bank account.
3.5 Unless specifically stipulated for group bookings (hereafter “Group Bookings”) or those made with a Crazy Horse Paris gift voucher (hereafter the “Crazy Horse Paris Gift Voucher”) as set out below, all payments must be made in full on the day the Booking is made.
3.6 To make sure that your payments are secure, Crazy Horse Paris uses the SSL coding standard.
If you would like to make a Group Booking, meaning a booking for more than ten (10) people for the same Performance, please contact the Group Sales Office:
The terms of your Group Booking will be set out in a booking form that must be duly signed and returned to the Group Booking Office.
The Group Bookings procedure is summarized in a booking form that you must sign and return to the Group Bookings Office. Your Group Booking will be binding and final when we receive a deposit corresponding to 50% of the price (including tax) in line with the payment schedule stipulated on the booking form; the balance is payable seven (7) working days before the Performance date.
You must make the final confirmation of the number of places eight (8) working days before the Performance date. This will be the basis for billing. Nonetheless, if you cancel one or several places within seven (7) working of the Performance, we will not refund or reschedule these places. In any event, Le Crazy Horse keeps deposits paid to confirm bookings, unless we cancel the Performance.
Anyone can buy a Crazy Horse Gift/eGift Voucher from the Booking Office, on the website, by phone or by email, for our services in the form of a Gift/eGift Voucher valid for one Performance that must take place within 6 months of the date of purchase.
Le Crazy Horse can upon request send the Gift Voucher by post within France; delivery fees will be charged on top of the price of the Gift Voucher
The beneficiary of the Gift/eGift Voucher must select the date and time of attendance by contacting our Booking Office (by phone, email or at the booking office) subject to availability. When making the Booking, the Holder can supplement the Offer covered by the Crazy Horse Gift/eGift Voucher by paying the additional corresponding fee.
Tickets will be issued to the holder on presentation of the original Crazy Horse Gift/eGift Voucher if the voucher is unaltered; otherwise, the validity of the vouch may be questioned.
6.1 – No cooling-off period

6.2 Changing a Booking
For any requests to change the date or time of the Performance, please contact the Booking office at least two (2) days before the Performance date so that we can try to find a new date and/or time to suit your new wishes, subject to the availability of the Offer. Once we have made and approved the change, you will receive a new Confirmation by email, which cancels and replaces the previous Confirmation.
Any order modification request (ie: the time and/or date and/or offer and/or number of people for the selected Offer) is subject to a cost of €2 per ticket
If you fail to act by the abovementioned deadline or if we cannot accommodate your new wishes, the Cabaret is under no obligation to refund the Booking.
6.3 Cancelling a Booking
The Cabaret is under no obligation to refund the Booking if you decide to cancel it yourself.
7.1 Live show
You are entitled to see the performance of a live show (hereafter the “Show”). The Cabaret decides the order, organization and delivery of the Show. As a result, the Cabaret cannot take into account grievances or complaints based on the nature of the Show, barring reasons that may improve future services.
7.2 Cancellation – stoppage of a Performance on the part of the Cabaret
In the event that the Cabaret cancels the Performance, you will be informed at least six (6) hours before the Performance’s start time, except in cases of force majeure or when it is not possible to do so. We will then offer you the choice of a refund for the price you originally paid for your chosen Offer or a postponement to a later date, depending on the availability of an identical Offer.
If the Cabaret stops the Performance for a legitimate reason once it is over half way, we will not give any refunds. If the Cabaret stops the Performance before the halfway point, it will suggest either a refund or a postponement to an identical later performance as explained above.
If the Cabaret cancels the Performance, please send refund requests by post to the Box Office avenue George V – Paris (75008) FRANCE, at the latest one (1) month after the date on which the cancelled Performance should have taken place.
8.1 Child protection
Children over 16 years of age may enter the establishment provided that they are accompanied by a responsible or supervising adult.
Moreover, under article L 3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, no alcoholic drink may be served or sold to a person under 18 years of age.
8.2 The Cabaret’s house rules
Proper attire is mandatory and polite behavior is required within the Cabaret, particularly towards employees. Any person who violates these rules may be refused entry to the Cabaret or even ejected from it. In this case, such persons will not be refunded the price they paid and no compensation will be offered to them. Furthermore, Le Crazy Horse reserves the right to pursue any legal action that it sees fit.
You may not photograph, film or record the Show. Any infringement will lead to the confiscation of your device until the end of the Performance or your being ejected without any recourse to a refund or compensation. Out of respect for the audience and the artists, you must switch off your mobile phone for the duration of the Performance.
If you leave during the Performance, other than during the interval (if there is one) you will not be allowed back in. Please note that the Cabaret is a non-smoking establishment. You may not bring any food or drinks into the establishment under any circumstances.
In accordance with the latest Ministry of Culture and Communication note (2015/12/12) regarding the “high-alert Vigipirate” plan, anyone who refuses to be controlled will not be authorized to enter the cabaret.
As part of its data-processing responsibilities, Crazy Horse Paris undertakes to keep confidential all personal information and to process in such a way as to guarantee appropriate security (including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage) all personal information provided when making the Booking and that are needed to manage the client relationship.
Recipients and purposes: Personal information provided to Crazy Horse Paris is not passed on to any third party, except for partner Restaurants for offers that include dinner. That personal information is only used for the sole purpose of the internal execution of operations relating to managing the client relationship i.e.: Bookings and Client requests, accounting, invoicing, monitoring the after-sale client relationship (carrying out customer-satisfaction surveys and managing complaints), setting up loyalty and sponsorship programmes, surveys, product testing, and promotions.
In addition, the Client is informed that her / his personal information may also undergo subsequent processing to draw up commercial statistics.
Crazy Horse Paris will retain that personal information only for the period strictly necessary for managing the commercial relationship with the Client.
Pursuant to the French law on Data Protection of 6 January 1978, as amended in 2004, and to European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, every Client has the right of access, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction on processing, to portability, and to object to the personal information concerning her / him. To do so, Clients must make a request either by email to the following address reservation@lecrazyhorseparis.com, or by post to the Crazy Horse Box Office, 12, avenue George V – Paris (75008) FRANCE, attached a copy of the ID or passport. Crazy Horse Paris shall provide the Client with information on the measures taken, as soon as possible and no later than one month from receiving the request. If needed, that deadline can be extended by two months, given the number and complexity of requests. The Client will then be informed of that extension and the reasons for the delay within one month of receiving the request. When the client makes her / his request electronically, information will be provided electronically whenever possible, unless the Client asks for the information to be provided by other means.
Crazy Horse Paris shall notify every recipient of personal information of any rectification or erasure of personal information, or any limitation on the processing carried out pursuant to the foregoing provisions, unless such notification is impossible to make or requires disproportionate efforts. In addition, Crazy Horse Paris can provide the Client with information concerning those recipients if the Client requests it.
In addition, the Client has the right to make a complaint to the French data-protection authority, the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés – National Data-Protection Commission).
It is hereby stated that the requirement to provide the Client’s personal information is a contractual one, and that it is made necessary in order to take Bookings as well as to sell tickets / e-tickets. Failure to provide that personal information means that Crazy Horse Paris will not be able to make Bookings and issue ticket / e-tickets, which are made / issued in respect of a named individual.
The Client is hereby informed that her/his personal information shall not be subjected to automated decision-making or to profiling.
Crazy Horse Paris Paris will inform the Client as soon as possible of any breach affecting her/his personal data of which Crazy Horse Paris is aware and that is likely to cause a high level of risk to the rights and freedoms of a physical person, except if:
(i) to do so would require disproportionate efforts, and if public communication or a similar measure would be just as effective, or
(ii) Crazy Horse Paris has implemented appropriate technical and organizational protection measures, and those measures have been applied to the personal information affected by the said breach, or
(iii) Crazy Horse Paris has taken subsequent measures to guarantee that the high risk to the rights and freedoms of the person concerned is not likely to materialize.
Clients will be given prior notice by means of a poster in the auditorium and an announcement should the Performance be filmed or broadcast on television. The Cabaret cannot guarantee that identifiable images of Clients will not be shown. Clients can leave the auditorium before the Performance starts if they do not wish to appear, it being understood that there will be no refund in these circumstances.
The Website content, Crazy Horse Paris’ interior architecture, the choreography of the acts, the lighting, staging, scenery and costumes, as well as any creations made specifically for/by Crazy Horse Paris Paris are protected by copyright, trade mark right or any other intellectual or industrial property rights.
As a result, all elements that appear on the Website or broadcast during the Show may not be reproduced, used, disseminated or recorded unless expressly authorized by the French Intellectual Property Code, provided, however, that this does not affect the Cabaret employees’ individual rights.
The name “Crazy Horse” is a registered trade mark, the use of which by unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited, unless provided for by law, and constitutes an infringement punishable under the French Intellectual Property Code.
These terms are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute arising from these terms and conditions, and pursuant to Article 46 of the French Code of Civil procedure, the competent courts are those under the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, without prejudice to the application of the mandatory provisions of Article R 631-3 of the French Consumer Code, where applicable.
